These are the terms of our agreement together:
 
1. Authorisation. The above-named client is engaging TC Bravington as an independent contractor for the specific project of developing, updating and/or improving a web site. The client hereby authorises TC Bravington to access this account, and supplies TC Bravington with ftp access to any directories or programs which need to be accessed for this project. The client also authorises TC Bravington to publicise their completed changes to the web site upon approval that the work is satisfactory.

 
2. Maintenance and Hourly Rate. This agreement includes maintenance over a one year period. This period commences upon the date the client signs this contract. The rate for this contract is £300 for one day’s maintenance per month. Any days unused may be carried over to the next month up to a maximum of 3 months.

3. Other Work. Changes requested by the client beyond those limits will be billed at a minimum half day rate of £150.00. This rate shall also govern additional work authorised beyond the maximums specified above.

4. Completion Date. TC Bravington and the client will work together to complete the maintenance in a timely manner.  TC Bravington will complete all requested work within one week of instruction.

5. Payment of Fees. Payment to TC Bravington is due and payable on a monthly schedule for the duration of this contract, an invoice will be supplied each month.

6. Copyrights and Trademarks. The client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, images, movies, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to TC Bravington for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. 

The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her organisation or business.
